Forest Hill Nursery School offers a unique educational program for 2, 3, and 4-year-olds. As a co-op, FHNS parents work directly in the classroom as teacher helpers, and therefore, have the opportunity to aid in the learning process.

Application for Enrollment

If you would like to enroll more than one child in Forest Hill Nursery School, please submit a separate application and application fee for each child.

Once your application and $35 application fee have been received, you will receive a welcome email with registration materials and instructions.

***We have limited spots available for the current 2025-2026 school year — please contact Tina Folmer at FHNSmembership@gmail.com if you are interested in immediate enrollment prior to completing this form which is for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year.***

$35 Application Fee

After completing the online application, please pay the $35 application fee to Forest Hill Nursery School. Venmo payments are accepted: @ForestHillNursery. Please email FHNSmembership@gmail.com for other payment methods.
